Dr. Michael Kaylor
Michael Kaylor graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2003. He completed a Family Medicine Residency at Central Maine Medical Center and then returned to his hometown of Boise in 2006 where he has spent the last 13 years in Family Medicine. He values long term relationships with his patients where they feel they are treated like family. He practices the full scope of family medicine caring for newborn babies to the elderly and everybody in between.
When Mike is not at work you can find him spending time with his wife and kids. He enjoys rafting, fishing and hunting with his gaggle of kids.
Physician Assistant Lindsay Erstad
Lindsay Erstad has 10 years of experience in women’s healthcare, which includes obstetrics and surgical experience as a first assist. Lindsay graduated with honors from Touro University Nevada with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2009.
Lindsay became a Physician Assistant to help individuals and families address their specific healthcare concerns. Lindsay is dedicated to providing each patient with compassion and personalized care to address and identify their specific healthcare needs. Lindsay strives to empower her patients to make positive changes to aid in prevention and a healthier lifestyle.
Lindsay is a Boise native and enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, family and friends. Lindsay’s passions include the outdoors and traveling.
